For many companies, outsourcing procurement in this way is a good idea. Your staff simply choose goods and services from a list of approved suppliers, usually through an electronic supplier catalogue. We maintain this electronic supplier catalogue with up-to-date deals that we have negotiated with suppliers on your behalf.

Any orders placed are directed straight to Stenmoore. We then rationalise them to simplify the paper trail. So instead of 50 departments sending individual orders to many suppliers, we combine orders for those on our approved suppliers’ list. This is much simpler both for suppliers and for your own Accounts Payable department which will appreciate the reduction in paperwork!

Our service also extends to resolving any queries, another part of the process which can take up valuable time. As the central coordinator of the procurement process, we are ideally placed to answer questions and resolve problems or issues.
