Stenmoore is a procurement specialist. Yet we are not theorists. We’re practitioners with years of hands-on experience in finding and applying procurement solutions. As such we’ve developed a very client-friendly way of working:
Baseline your performance
It’s important to see how improvements are adding to your bottom line. So in our initial review we establish your current baseline performance. Future analysis of performance against baseline data then gives you valuable management information. And we can give you your procurement benchmarks against other sectors for a 360 degree view of performance.
Independent assessment of the market
When we recommend a company as a supplier, you can be assured that it’s an honest and independent point of view. Stenmoore doesn’t represent or take rebates from any suppliers, and we are not a purchasing club. Each time we create a supplier list, we go to the marketplace to find and negotiate the best prices and terms on your behalf.
Tailored procurement solutions
Stenmoore doesn’t offer one-size-fits-all-solutions. Our recommendations are uniquely tailored to each client, bearing in mind their corporate goals and infrastructure.
Reasonable fees, payable on results
In most of our work we operate on a no-win-no-fee basis. You just pay us a relatively small proportion of the savings you make (usually no more than 30%). You don’t pay up-front either as we like you to see the benefit of any new systems first.
Choice of service
Select what level of service you would like, from a strategic review of purchasing and suggested procurement solutions, to outsourcing procurement to us so we can implement the solution on your behalf.
